Job Description

This individual will be part of a facility team responsible for operating, maintaining and troubleshooting a diverse range of large scale modern facility systems. Requirements include a Current State of Ohio High Pressure Boiler or Stationary Engineers License, minimum age of 18 years, and a High School diploma or GED. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining gas boilers and auxiliary equipment supporting steam generation, operating and supporting maintenance of utility systems such as air compressors, water, fire protection, using electronic systems to document work and maintain training requirements, interpreting drawings and schematics, interfacing with outside contracted services to maintain and repair facility equipment, supporting maintenance activities, reporting maintenance issues timely, completing required safety training, meeting all essential functions of the role, and participating in Mill OPEX and Safety initiatives. Experience in an industrial environment is a plus. Other requirements include good attendance, mechanical background, ability to work rotating shifts, ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, self-directed work capability, and ability to read and apply information from documents such as equipment manuals and SOPs.
