Lincoln Search Consultants — recently named one of Forbes' Best Professional Recruiting Firms — has been exclusively engaged on a retained search to identify a Chief Financial Officer for a global B2B services organization headquartered in Chicago. With a strong international footprint and continued growth across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, the company is seeking a strategic financial leader to guide enterprise-wide financial operations and help scale for the next stage of expansion.

This is a high-impact executive role with broad visibility and influence. The CFO will be instrumental in aligning financial infrastructure, optimizing global performance, and partnering with executive leadership on key strategic initiatives.

• Lead core finance functions including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, compliance, and risk.
• Oversee global banking relationships and liquidity strategies in a multi-currency environment.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, and regional executives on growth planning, capital strategy, and business performance.
• Build and refine scalable systems, controls, and reporting frameworks across diverse geographies.
• Provide executive-level guidance in navigating international regulations and risk exposure.
• Travel internationally approximately twice per month for the first six months to establish alignment with global teams.
• 10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership, including 5+ years in a CFO or equivalent role.
• Proven success managing financial operations across international offices and multi-entity environments.
• Strong background in M&A planning, execution, and integration — particularly across borders.
• Experience driving strategy, scaling infrastructure, and optimizing cross-border operations.
• High comfort level with financial systems, reporting tools, and AI-powered technologies.
• Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred; additional languages a plus.
• CPA, MBA, or similar credential strongly preferred.

Compensation : $225K base + up to 40% performance bonus

Travel : ~2 international trips/month during initial ramp-up period
