Job DescriptionJob Description HVACR wholesale distributor is looking for a full-time counter sales position to help support our continued growth and expansion. Candidates with multi-year sales experience in HVAC/R field or in other industries is . Genuine enthusiasm for sales and dealing with people a must. Essential Job Functions Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration (would prefer 3 years of experience/knowledge) Greet customers and answer phones promptly and courteously Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers through identifying and fulfilling their product requests and answering technical questions - customers are HVAC Contractors Provide accurate and timely execution of customer’s orders, requests, and other services Use a computer system to research products, conduct invoicing, credits, returns, reclaim, product procurement/replenishment.
