Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Creative Services Operations Manager to oversee and streamline a range of initiatives spanning product development, creative packaging, marketing campaigns, and digital content. This role will coordinate cross-functional timelines and asset management—especially image libraries stored in Dropbox—and ensure projects stay on track from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

  • Track timelines and deliverables for new cat food formulation projects in collaboration with R&D, regulatory, and marketing teams.
  • Manage creative timelines for packaging, from concept to print-ready files, ensuring version control and vendor readiness.
  • Oversee execution timelines for digital and print marketing campaigns, including media buys, ad production, and trade show materials.
  • Coordinate social media and influencer marketing project calendars, content approvals, and partner deliverables.
  • Maintain an organized project dashboard and facilitate weekly status meetings to ensure alignment across teams.

Digital Asset Management:

  • Organize and maintain Dropbox folders for product images, packaging assets, campaign creatives, and raw files.
  • Implement a consistent file naming structure and archiving system.
  • Coordinate with designers and agencies to ensure all final assets are properly stored and accessible.

Cross-Functional Communication:

  • Serve as the central point of contact between product development, marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams.
  • Document decisions, follow up on open items, and proactively address blockers to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure project documentation is clear, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in CPG, pet, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems (Dropbox or similar).
  • Proficient in task management tools like Asana, Monday, ClickUp or Trello.
  • Familiarity with Salsify, Syndigo, or similar PIM syndication platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Graphic design experience or proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Copywriting and proofreading experience is a plus.
  • Experience with e-commerce product setup and launch workflows is a plus.
  • Understanding of packaging production processes and vendor coordination is a plus.
