Our client, a global leader in the consumer goods space, is looking for a Design Traffic/Project Manager to join their in-house creative team. This hybrid opportunity based in Hershey, PA is perfect for someone who knows how to lead cross-functional communication, keep timelines on track, and optimize project flow from brief to final approval.

🔧 What You'll Do:

✅ Manage and assign incoming design projects across a team of talented designers

✅ Lead weekly status meetings with marketing, design, and packaging graphics teams

✅ Track deliverables, approvals, and timelines using systems like WebCenter (ESKO) and HAS

✅ Review and verify final graphics before production

✅ Identify and implement process improvements in creative workflow

✅ Collaborate with the Senior Design Manager and Operations on system upgrades

🎯 What We're Looking For:

A proactive, detail-oriented project leader who thrives on organization and clarity

Experience in creative or packaging design workflows (CPG or agency is a plus!)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Confidence in managing 500+ projects annually and working with multiple stakeholders

Familiarity with project tracking platforms like ESKO WebCenter

A solid understanding of design principles and how creative teams operate

Hybrid – Hershey, PA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
