NOW HIRING: 1099 Owner Operators – Cargo & Sprinter Vans (Solo & Teams)
Nationwide/OTR Expedited Freight | Weekly Pay | Start Same or Next Day

Right Step Couriers is hiring motivated 1099 Independent Contractors with Cargo or Sprinter Vans to expedite loads Nationwide/OTR. Whether you're running solo or as a team, we have the loads and support you need to thrive.

 

***Pay Breakdown:***

Solo OTR Drivers:
• Gross $1,700 – $3,000/week

Team OTR Drivers:
• Gross $3,000 – $4,000/week

Paid weekly via ACH deposit

***Vehicle Requirements:***

• Vehicle Color: Any
• Accepted Vehicle Types:
– Dodge Ram ProMaster (Extended or Base) or equivalent
– Ford Transit Vans or equivalent
– Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans or equivalent
• Model Year: 2020 or newer
• Roof Height: High Roof vehicles are strongly preferred and specially considered
• Must be able to load 3 standard pallets safely

***High roof van Minimum inside cargo dimensions 120x53x68***

***MUST SUBMIT VEHICLE PHOTOS WITH MEASUREMENTS CLEARLY VISIBLE IN PHOTOS***

***YOU MAY RENT A VEHICLE WITH UNLIMITED MILES WITH THE SAME SPECS ABOVE FOR THIS JOB***

***General Requirements:***

• Must own a Cargo Van or Sprinter Van meeting the above criteria
• Must have your own insurance
– Minimum: $300,000 coverage for Cargo/Sprinter Vans
• Must be fluent in English
• Willing to go OTR for a minimum of 21 days
(Not required to be active for all 21 days)
• Must be leased onto our active authority while OTR
• Must operate as a 1099 Independent Contractor
• Dependable, driven, and ready to run
