What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented FinOps Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial operations processes, ensuring accuracy in client transactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in processing client transactions accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with team members in FinOps, Client Services, and Finance to address and resolve transaction-related issues.
  • Capable of handling high volume workload as well as managing multiple requests/issues from clients and in house team
  • Responsible for adhering to internal guidelines
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects, providing insights based on transaction data

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or working toward one) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial workflows or transactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools.
