Job Description

Position: Imaging Specialist

Compensation: $17 hourly

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Imaging Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Organize and catalog documents in paper and electronic forms



• Utilize scanning software and hardware effectively



• Maintain data indexes for quality and consistency



• Retrieve imaged information for operational needs



• Communicate effectively with team and professionals



• Perform minor equipment adjustments as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous imaging experience preferred



• General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Outlook



• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment



• Experience with scanning equipment



• Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with document repositories



• Proven experience in data indexing
