Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. We represent clients across the state who have purchased defective vehicles that qualify as lemons.

We are currently hiring for a Post-Surrender Specialist . This is a full-time, non-exempt position responsible for handling post-surrender tasks and activities as directed by the Legal Case Manager, Settlement Manager, and/or assigned Attorney.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Follow up on surrender dates and settlement check as SAR Term is approaching
• Coordinate surrenders
• Collect Surrender documents and forward them to OC
• Maintain constant communication with OC until settlement funds are received
• Answer any client questions pertaining to surrender or the post settlement phase
• Follow up on overage amounts and reconciliation

Required Attributes:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and provide critical analysis
• Proficient typing ability while handling phone calls and speaking to potential clients
• Excellent telephone communication skills, including the ability to articulate professional responses, strong listening skills, de-escalation of problem calls, all while maintaining professional phone etiquette
• 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience in a prior customer facing role
• Must be an Independent and critical thinker, eager to identify and find creative solutions to client or business issues
• Team-oriented with ability to work well with others in a collaborative, professional work environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office platform and applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to handle and maintain multiple client relationships at once, and to understand where they stand in the lifecycle of a case
• Knowledge of firm used business applications preferred (HubSpot, AirCall, Microsoft Office, PandaDoc, FileVine)
• Bi or multi-lingual is a must (Spanish)

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 hourly
