Manager, Pricing Strategy page is loaded Manager, Pricing Strategy Apply remote type Remote locations US Remote Alabama Minneapolis, MN time type Full time posted on Posted 8 Days Ago job requisition id R3884 Impact As a Manager, Pricing Strategy located remotely, you will be responsible for the development and innovation of the pricing strategy for Shipt to deliver on the enterprise value proposition. While no two days are the same you will leverage strong executional skills to manage design and implementation of pricing tests, partner with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies and business rules for retail partners, continually assess pricing health of the business through financial metrics and customer value/price perception, sales, margin and price elasticity, and develop reporting and dashboards to analyze and track progress on strategic pricing initiatives. You will also provide key inputs into the development of best-in-class scalable pricing tools, data and processes in partnership with Product, Engineering and Data Science. What You’ll Need to Be Successful You have 5 years of work experience in retail or relevant business experience with an emphasis in the area of pricing strategy, capabilities and tools You have experience with SQL Postgres and Snowflake and a Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Tableau) You enjoy working in ambiguous, fast-paced and ever-changing environment You feel confident delivering high impact pricing strategies, programs, execution and analysis in a transformational environment You know how to be a strategic thinker with innovative problem solving skills and strong analytical and financial acumen to make recommendations that support enterprise goals You have an entrepreneurial spirit and strong decision making, project management, planning and organizational skills Work Arrangement Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role. Pay Range: Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City: $88,000-$176,000 All other locations: $73,000-$147,000 Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
