📍 North Jersey

🕒 Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Monday–Friday

💰 Pay: $75K–$90K + Bonus & Profit Sharing (DOE)

Do you have what it takes to lead a high-performing pressroom team and drive production excellence?

We’re looking for a hands-on Printing Supervisor with strong leadership skills and deep pressroom knowledge to oversee our 2nd shift operations. You’ll lead the Printing & Sheeting Departments , keeping quality high, waste low, and operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the pressroom team and manage all aspects of production & quality
• Maximize efficiency & reduce setup times
• Coordinate workflow and press schedules
• Manage departmental supply inventory
• Support press crews and troubleshoot production issues
• Work directly with customers for press approvals
• Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001 standards
• Oversee and support the Sheeting Department
• Contribute to hiring, training, and performance management

✅ What You Bring:

• 5+ years of KBA/Heidelberg press experience (Large Format 7-Color preferred)
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong working knowledge of spectrophotometry & color measurement tools
• Familiarity with FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001
• Strong communicator with a passion for leadership
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
