Our client is a dynamic and innovative agency dedicated to creating exceptional creative content that captivates audiences worldwide is seeking an experienced sales professional. The Sales Leader will play a pivotal role in driving growth by building strategic sales packages, developing and refining CRM processes, and implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires a dedicated sales leader who can own the sales pipeline, track and manage performance metrics, and deliver on ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build, test, and refine tailored sales packages that address client needs and highlight company capabilities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and ensure revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Lead internal alignment on sales initiatives, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Own and oversee the entire CRM process—from inquiry to closing deals and driving re-ups.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve CRM systems and workflows to optimize sales performance.
  • Leverage CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage accounts, track customer interactions, and measure success.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of new and existing clients, ensuring an accurate forecast of sales opportunities.

Client Relationships:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prioritizing customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and project updates.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.

Proposal Development:

  • Lead the creation of professional, customized proposals tailored to client goals and aligned with sales strategies.
  • Maintain and update sales templates and resources, ensuring accuracy and relevance to current offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to present compelling and well-structured proposals.

Performance Accountability:

  • Take full ownership of sales performance metrics, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Report regularly on sales targets, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts to executive leadership.
  • Hold yourself and the sales team accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of building and implementing sales packages and strategies that drive measurable results in the media and advertising industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing CRM systems and optimizing workflows.
  • Experience developing sales plans and executing against aggressive revenue targets in the media or advertising industry.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate value to clients through compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Analytical and goal-oriented, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
