Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Develop Training Programs:
  • Create tailored training programs for new and existing sales staff.
  • Develop engaging content, including manuals, presentations, role-plays, and e-learning modules.
  • Update training materials regularly to reflect product changes, sales techniques, or market conditions.
  1. Deliver Sales Training:
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM tools.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new sales hires to ensure smooth integration and early productivity.
  • Lead workshops and refresher courses for ongoing development.
  1. Sales Coaching and Performance Support:
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to improve individual sales performance.
  • Observe and evaluate sales reps during calls, meetings, or role-plays to offer constructive feedback.
  • Identify performance gaps and customize training to address those needs.
  1. Monitor and Measure Training Effectiveness:
  • Assess training outcomes using KPIs, feedback surveys, and performance data.
  • Track improvements in sales metrics following training sessions.
  • Report findings and suggest improvements to training programs or sales strategies.
  1. Collaborate with Key Departments:
  • Work closely with sales leadership to align training with business goals and strategies.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and HR teams to ensure training materials are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Gather input from stakeholders to identify training needs and prioritize content.
  1. Stay Updated on Trends and Best Practices:
  • Keep up with the latest trends in sales techniques, tools, and adult learning.
  • Attend industry conferences, training certifications, and professional development sessions.
  • Implement best practices to improve training engagement and effectiveness.
  1. Administrative and Reporting Duties:
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and course evaluations.
  • Manage training resources and tools, including LMS platforms and digital content.
  • Prepare and present training progress reports to leadership.
