Job Title: Shipper and Receiver
Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently in a small warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label products for shipment according to company standards.
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in inventory management.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Competency in packing and general labor tasks.
• Ability to pick orders efficiently and accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with operating warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Environment

The role is based in a small warehouse setting with moderate noise levels. It is fast-paced and physically active, requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
