Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer I

Pay Rate $48/hr on W2
This person will be responsible for anywhere between 3-6 suppliers related to interior parts for BMW. This role will focus on leading and steering suppliers for current series production. They will also do continuous improvement and implement proactive measures. For future programs, they will participate in alignment meetings with German counterparts.
30% travel (regional areas mainly but could be in other areas). They could potentially be traveling to Germany but that would be minimal if at all.
Work from home is possible but must be aligned with manager prior. There is no set standard for work from home. Primarily needs to be onsite for this role and be local.
Must have: Out of the box and proactive thinker. Someone who is willing to learn and adapt.
Strongly preferred: Automotive and interior parts experience would be a plus, but not required. Willing to develop someone if they don’t have this experience.
