Job Description

The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking a full-time *Systems Engineer (Biomedical) *to join our team. We will rely on you to provide for the management, integration, and optimization of biomedical technologies within our 4-hospital healthcare system. You will also manage application engineering, security settings, and performance monitoring, to ensure these systems meet industry regulations. *This role requires travel between Inspira locations. The salary range is $60,756 - $75,945 annually.*

*Requirements:*

· Manage and optimize Cynerio IoMT vulnerability management, Primex temperature management, RTLS solutions, and other systems for clinical workflows and hospital network standards

· Provide technical support for biomedical systems, connectivity and other issues found during system performance assessments and monitor and mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with biomedical devices

· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, such as FDA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards

· Implement new technologies and collaborate with IT, Clinical Engineering, and other hospital departments to ensure biomedical systems meet operational objectives

· Train clinical and technical staff on the security of biomedical systems

*Qualifications:*

· CCNA/CCNP or equivalent Certification required; certification from a technical school preferred

· 5+ years of experience in the computer industry; experience in a healthcare environment preferred

· Knowledge of network communications, equipment, wireless technology, desktop hardware and software and experience with troubleshooting techniques and problem resolution

· Project Management experience leading IT projects is a plus
