Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Green bay, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Hospice
• Discipline: RN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days, nights, rotating
• Employment Type: Travel

Schedule:

• A mix of  PM (evening)and  NOC (overnight) shifts (No additional on-call/holiday requirements, one weekend every two months)
• Coverage across  four territories (travel required, mileage compensated)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home hospice visits during evening and overnight hours
• Triage patient needs and respond to urgent situations with calm, clinical expertise
• Deliver compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous hospice experience strongly preferred, EPIC Remote Client a bonus
• Skilled in triage and crisis response
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Passionate about driving and serving patients across a wide rural geography

Must Have\na clinical hospice RN\n\nShift\nRotating (See Notes) (40) Either 4p-12a or 12a-8a depending on need, will keep consistency between weeks
