We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and possess the necessary skills to safely and efficiently perform tree trimming, maintenance, and removal tasks. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols while working at heights.

Duties

• Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees.
• Operate bucket trucks and rigging equipment safely during tree removal or maintenance tasks.
• Conduct landscape maintenance including lawn care and garden upkeep.
• Utilize GIS technology for mapping and planning tree care operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist in the growth of trees through proper care techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tree trimming or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with bucket operation and rigging techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of horticulture, including plant health care practices.
• Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for operating company vehicles.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to tree care and landscape management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
