Reports to: Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Miami corporate warehouse. This role is ideal for a skilled multitasker who can handle receiving, storing, picking, and packing processes while ensuring our quality and accuracy standards are consistently met or exceeded.

• Ensure peak warehouse efficiency with customer satisfaction as the top priority.
• Support product handling, storage, inventory, and shipping operations.
• Help meet daily operational goals and long-term performance metrics.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
• Store merchandise properly in assigned warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick and pack orders per company guidelines.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain up-to-date records.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Use internal software (iPoint) to process orders and print shipping labels.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or similar setting.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order processing.
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Ability to work in a hot warehouse environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 60 lbs.
• Capable of occasional climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
• Must have good vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth).
