  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile performance using best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align designs with branding and lead-generation goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP; familiarity with React or Vue.js is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing custom WordPress sites with responsive design.
  • Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Divi) and theme frameworks (e.g., Genesis, Astra).
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, web accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization tools (e.g., Lighthouse).
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow version control practices (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent eye for design, typography, and UX/UI principles.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in legal or professional services marketing.

Why Join Us?

  • Work with top-tier professional firms and see your designs drive real results.
  • Collaborative, innovative team with room to grow your skills.
  • LLG goes all out for our employees. We bring in free lunch every Friday, we plan fun outings and group building/team building events. Our office is in an A level building in Westlake Village and we keep the office environment fun and energetic.
